Shipping & Return
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 days for ready garments and all customize garment within 15 to 30 days as they describe in every product pages.. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of units purchased. Further discounts are applicable if purchases in bulk or as an a group buying.
All products are shipped via reputed international courier companies. Shipping within India is free and hence all international Shipping Rates are subsidized i.e. actual cost of international shipping less domestic shipping expenses. Actual Cost of shipping will be calculated by cart based on " place of Delivery "
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship) . However, if you want us to ship the earlier available products first, you need to inform in comment while you order or send a separate request to our support team.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery. For increasing fraud transaction we stopped facility for pick up from courier location.
After Shipping :
We will not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Duties and Taxes :
Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
Return for Ready Garments / Merchandize :
We have a Liberal Returns Policy You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
How to send the returns?
You must take approval from one of our support team who will guide you how and where to send return.
Terms and Conditions
We would entertain the return, only if it is sent after return approval from our support team
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels.
We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same
Refund on Returns:
We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
There is 10% processing cost. 5 % while accepting your order and 5% while refunding the same . these amount will be deducted from total.
For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any processing 10% cost mentioned above.
If the return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
Return for Customize Merchandize :
Given the customization that goes into every outfit, as well as the difficulties and expense of shipping.) We will make exchanges for up to thirty days after you receive your order for garments that are not damaged or noticeably worn. To make an exchange, we ask that you return the item to us in the original packaging, at your expense, using the shipping method of your choice. We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring. We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange. Then, at our expense, we will ship your free replacement to you.
